Ma eredetileg intervallozni akartam, de Brigi rávett erre a futásra. Rég voltam már terepen, de vele kifejezetten jól esett.
Lefelé a 15.km-től már nem esett jól, fel is ment a pulzusom. most se iitam eleget, mert utána húzóra lement egy fél literes ücsi, meg otthon egy Dreher.
